Metro Alliance extended a helping hand in social and civic activities within the community where it operates instead of monetary donations. On the other hand, it wishes to donate financially to its chosen charities if its financial conditions become stable.

CSR Activity 2017
Metro Alliance Holdings & Equities Corp., together with its affiliated publicly listed companies, conducted a gift giving activity entitled “Blessed to be a Blessing” at Ang Bahay Parola on December 9, 2017.
Ang Bahay Parola, is the mercy arm of Mission to the World Philippines Foundation Inc. A child welfare agency that is committed to further the development of the full potential to the Filipino street children, protect them from any form of abuse, uphold their rights, and promote their best welfare and interest.
The Company chose Ang Bahay Parola as its beneficiary for their annual corporate social responsibility because of their objectives, namely but not limited to the following:
1. To remove children of the street, and facilitate 1-
2. To prevent children on the street from experiencing further abuse by rescue, rehabilitation, and development through Temporary Care and eventually restore them to their rehabilitated and adequately functioning family.
3. To refer abandoned street children to respective agency that can provide long term help
The Company handed out gifts and foods to the children during the event. Games were also conducted for the children’s enjoyment. At the end of the activity, the children of Ang Bahay Parola gave a presentation as a way of showing gratitude to the Company.
